SchoolMation Update 2.1

SchoolMation is an easy-to-use web-based education management solution that is designed to foster communication between students, parents, teachers and administrators. SchoolMation, used daily by schools in over 60 countries for the past 5 years, employs cost-effective technology to help advance education and learning practices. SchoolMation is a key tool for enabling data-driven decision-making. SchoolMation, included in Scholastic Administrator Magazine s list of ten top student information systems in October 2003, has been upgraded once again (March 2004) to deliver even more functionality and greater ease-of-use. This new version includes a number of practical enhancements that schools have requested. Report cards and schedules can now be saved directly as Adobe PDF documents, via a standard web-browser, for ease of printing and electronic archival. Users will no longer have to print report cards and schedules individually using their browser s print functionality. There is a new option for combining all of a student s course report cards into a single report card document, which many schools have asked for. Schools can better customize/configure report cards by: selecting descriptors, modifying field names, uploading custom header graphics, supplying footer text, creating report templates, assigning templates to courses and grade-levels, and more.
