ZB Block

ZB Block is an all-around php pre-parser for securing websites from MySQL injection attacks, remote file include attacks, and known bad hosts/ips (robots/hackers/scammers/ spammers). Uses intelligent, extensible rules to detect bad behaviour, and can be modified easily to bring in new methods as the need arises. It uses flat-file methods, the signatures are stored in an .inc, to prevent being disrupted itself. Does not require MySQL, but will protect it. Log file is output to a simple .txt which is displayable in your website. Unlike most "protection" scripts, this one takes the added measure of sending some 'bots into a limbo which slows them down from attacking other sites. Free and GPL V.2 .
