Bestweb is an easy to customize, usenet style threaded discussion forum script with multiple language, multiple forum support. The new 2004 version is almost a rewrite, utilizing users selected language, lay-out plus instant messaging service. It also has auto archiving, optional email notification, optional picture/URL submission features. The new admin section includes message moving, and poster IP lookup features.
