eqPageLoadingEffect

The eqPageLoadingEffect script places a small ''firefox'' style rotating image anywhere you like on a page. It will only show during the page load and then become invisible... It is ideal for large pages with a lot of bandwidth rich content. PLEASE NOTE: It currently only works with IE 5.5+, IE 6 and IE7... It didn''t perform correctly under other browsers so a small browser check script was added to disable it completely on non-IE browsers.
