AVChat Flash Video Recorder
- The AVChat Flash Video Recorder allows websites to easily enable their users to record video files directly from the browser without installing any other plugins but the already popular Flash Player. Webcams, professional video recording hardware and audio hardware (microphones) are immediatelly recognized and used by the recorder. The resulting video (.flv) files can be played back later from their original location using streaming, moved to a HTTP server for HTTP delivery or downloaded to the local computer for local playback. As a website administrator you have full control over the quality of the videos recorded with this applicatin. You can record at full 640x480 resolution or at the more regular 320x240 found in consumer webcams. Due to the large buffer used before sending the audio video data to the server , quality video recording is possible even over slow connections. A simple video player is also included and it is compatible with both Red5 and FMS!
