Applisticator Employment Application email relay script

Applisticator is a form script that allows a visitor to fill out an online employment application, and sends it to your email address of choice (plain text) after verification && submission. It requires nothing more than php 4.x.x. You can customize the script to match the look of your site with the included header && footer files. There are also some nifty ajax form dependencies that allow hidden elements unless the submitter checks a part of the form that requires the hidden element. Uses php sessions to save submitter''s data until submission, allowing them to go back and alter parts of their application.
