quixForms is the web form creation tool that no serious web designer can live without! quixForms replaces the need for spending money and time on custom web form development by putting the power and flexibility of web form creation into a simple, intuitive form wizard. All you have to do is create an HTML page as you normally would using a WYSIWYG editor or hand coding the HTML, and put a simple place holder code where you want the form to appear, or place the provided PHP code into an existing PHP page. Then using a simple form wizard you can create your form by pointing and clicking, no programming required. quixForms gives you the flexibility to create a simple single page contact form or a ten page survey with hundreds of questions. After building your form you can link directly to your HTML page as you normally would and your form &"magically&" appears. All form submissions are stored in a database for advanced reporting features and can be emailed directly to you.
