- Still looking for a good, solid freeware server-side thumnail maker and viewer that is simple, requires no SQL and does ONLY what you want it to do, and nothing else? This script might be for you!
Simply edit this single file''s user configuration fields as needed, rename it (index.php for example), drop it into any folder where you have a lot of pictures you''d like thumbnailed, manually create the thumbnail sub-folder and then in your browser, enter the folder where you dropped the file, with the &"create thumbnail&" variable set to true, and you''re done. No other configuration, nothing else - the thumbs are inside the thumbnail subfolder and to view them, simply open the main folder where you put the script *without* the thumbnail variable, and it will display your gallery - click on any thumb to view the full picture. Simple, fast and no-frills.
