Simple IP Banning System from AGTC

An easy to install script so you can manage your visitors IP address''s. If you need to ban someone from your site you can add their IP to the list through a secure admin panel. Add a simple line of code to your index page and it will scan through the database before letting anyone enter your site. Will require PHP, no Mysql needed, flat file only.
