End users can create a account and submit new trouble tickets, and also view their past trouble tickets. Administrators resolve trouble tickets, special administrators can be assigned to only see particular priorities or categories of help desk calls. The software comes with an easy to use install script making it possible for little computer knowledge to get the software setup.
