- ThumbView is a JPEG thumbnail browser applet with integrated image and information display. An unlimited number of JPEG thumbnails are arranged in a scrollable row or column (depending on your choice of layout). Thumbnails react to mouse movement by shifting upward slightly and displaying a drop-shadow. A tooltip can also be displaying containing information about the image.
Clicking a thumbnail displays its full-sized equivalent in the main display panel, along with optional text information. The information can include a single-line title and a multi-line description. It can also include a link allowing users to access a resource related to the image.
All images (thumbnails and full-sized) are intelligently scaled to fit in the available space. A drop-shadow can be applied to the full-sized image.
ThumbView supports dynamic selection of thumbnails, and mouse-wheel scrolling of the thumbnails panel in Internet Explorer 6+.
