sCssBoard

sCSSBoard is a forum developed in PHP that is designed to be simple and fast. It has several features that set it aside from other online message board scripts. For one, the whole forum contains no images whatsoever, making loading almost instant. Every aspect of its visual appearance can be edited with CSS. Also implemented is a very easy-to-use control panel for administrators, making primary settings, forums, and categories extremely easy to manage. However, power users can also modify the core of the script, adding new features as they see fit. All files and functions in sCssBoard are split up into easy-to-manage parts that can be endlessly customized.
