TopForm
- TopForm makes the integration of existing hard copy forms with electronically submitted forms easy. Some knowledge of HTML and CSS2 are required to modify the included template to suit your specific needs. The client fills out the form and submits it, TopForm displays back a printable version, email notification is sent and the data of the submitted form is stored on the server. Form data can be viewed in the TopForm manager where it can be printed, archived, or trashed as required.
