Flobi-Lite

At less than 10KB, this is by far, the smallest CMS I''ve ever seen. It has almost no features, but is easy to install and can be used in most any preexisting php page. Allows you to insert/edit/delete subsequent simple data blocks on a single page. Available as source. No DB required. NO ADDITIONAL FEATURES. Requires file chmod to 666.
