Easy-to-use calendar/scheduler with automatic phone reminders. Appointment reminder messages automatically include person, date and time, and callback number. You can also design your reminder message for other business use like meeting reminders, rental billing reminders, business appointment reminders and emergency notifications etc. The software has text to speech engine for converting text to voice over the phone. The reminder system has interactive touch tone or speech command response. It can also record voice message reply from recepients. The system can support multiple phonelines, multiple users account to keep privacy of each user''s appointment schedule separately.
