mcNews: mcNews is a news publishing script. Users can submit news and Comments on news items, which are published after validation. New posts are sent to you by e-mail. Features: automated installation, anti-flood, HTML filter but links, complete password protected admin which allows you to manage the program from any computer, Design and language in a simple file, easy to modify or translate. It comes with five skins and french, english and german files. 1.3 update: security upgrade for admin, and some other security holes.
