Universal Mailer

Universal Mailer is designed to provide a secure handler for all of your CGI form mail needs. It can take input from any prepared form, while preventing spam generators from using it to send unauthorised mail to other parties. It also provides simple data type field validation. As added bonus, updating the access database is done via the web browser.
