The program will rotate any number of images, and related URL links. Users sign-up to place your banners on their page. Banner-Serve will generate a unique user number for each site to allow for tracking ''clicks'' and views form that users site. The program generates a new statistics file at the beginning of each month. This will allow users to view the stats by month.
