Relational FormWizard for PostgreSql

This is an attempt to create a relational form wizard for the PostgreSql database. Presently it only works for two tables which are relationally indexed. All the form features are available from previous work on the Formwizard for PostgreSql v1.0. Update:12/18/2001: The script has been updated to work on single table to five related tables. An example is provided. The script now works on Linux, Unix and Windows platforms.
